Huruni District Council Now Accepting Building Consent Applications.

We are pleased to confirm Hurunui District Council are now receipting building consent applications for new builds at The Clearing North Canterbury. 
 
Please note that before you start your build, you must have received sign-off of your design as per the agreed covenants, so (if you haven't already done so):

• Please submit your plans for approval through to this email.

• A copy of your covenants is available here
