Collection: Stage 1 & 2 Sections.

Just 8/123 sections remain available in Stages 1 & 2 of The Clearing North Canterbury, sized from 1,101m2 - 1,307m2. 

These will be the only 'ready-to-build' sections available until the Stage 3 sections are complete (Sept/Oct 2025). In addition, there will be very few (if any) lots of this size in future releases, so they are priced accordingly. Pricing is subject to change, please check with your purchasing agent or hello@theclearingnc.co.nz.

The full information pack for stage 1 & 2 contains all geotech information, as built design drawings, consents, pricing, availability maps, and all legal information for your purchase/build decisions.
